FEES:  As most of you know, the airlines stopped paying any commissions in February,
  2002 after slowly reducing these commissions over the prior two years.  In order to
  maintain the same level of service we have always tried to provide - ie: searching out lowest
  fares, handling all special requests, following up on schedule changes and reissuing of
  tickets where needed - Baker Travel, Inc. and Trav-Prof put in place a fee structure.
