Ticket cost is $572.00 plus $157.90 (taxes and fuel surcharges)= $729.90.  Taxes are subject to change until tickets are issued

Business and
First Class Fares
Credit Card authorization guarantees are due IMMEDIATELY.  Full payment is due by Monday, April 13th.  There are NO EXCEPTIONS!  Reservations not paid for by this date will cancel and deposits will be forfeited.  THERE ARE NO REFUNDS.  NO date changes or routing changes allowed.

CHECK IN:  You need to check in 2 hours prior to your departure time in your originating city.  Airlines are being very strict about international check in, and failure to check in in a timely fashion could cost you your seat on the plane.

LUGGAGE 
     Carry-On Luggage:
          one standard-sized bag - maximum size of the bag must not exceed 56x45x25cm (22x17.5x9.85in) (including wheels, pockets
          and handles)
          In addition, one laptop sized bag, handbag, or briefcase
          A 23kg (51lbs) maximum bag weight applies and you must be able to lift the bag into the overhead lockers in the aircraft
          cabin unaided.
         
      Carry-On Liquid Policy:
          Shampoo
          Creams
          Hair gel, hair spray
          Suntan lotions
          Toothpaste
          Liquid or aerosol deodorants
          Perfumes
          Cosmetics such as mascara and lip gloss
          Water and other drinks, soups, and syrups
          Other items of similar consistency
          The containers must be carried in a separate clear plastic, zip-top or re-sealable bag that does not exceed 20cmx20cm (8inx8in)
          or equivalent to one quart capacity.  Items must fit in the bag comfortably and the bag must be completely closed.
         
          At the airport security search, the plastic bag must be removed from the cabin bag and x-ray screened separately.

          World Traveller - 2 bags
          Maximum dimensions per bag (H+W+L):  158cm (62in)
          Maximum weight per bag:  23kg (51lbs)
